Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group continues at Live Free Home Health Care

NEW HAMPTON —  Wednesday, May 8 at 5 p.m.  is the next scheduled meeting of the Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group at Live Free Home Health Care, on Rt 104 in New Hampton.
The evening's speaker will be Scott Meyer MSW PhD, Professor of Social Work at Plymouth State University. Dr. Meyer received his MSW in clinical social work from Adelphi University in New York, and his doctorate in sociology from Boston University with specialization in organizational behavior, medical sociology and mental health.
Dr. Meter will speak on the "Best Practices for Caregiver's Healthy Adaption and Coping with Stress". A question and answer period will follow. The session will be 90 minutes in length.
Dr. Meyer currently consults with Pemi Baker Community Health, Plymouth; Newfound Area Nursing Association, Bristol; and Central New Hampshire VNA and Hospice in Laconia.
