Belmont Middle School girls invited to free lacrosse clinics

BELMONT — Belmont High School, in conjunction with Laconia Youth Lacrosse, is conducting two free lacrosse clinics for Belmont Middle School girls who would like to try lacrosse this season. Attend one or both of the sessions that teach the basics and get players ready to begin an exciting new sport.
The clinic is at Belmont High School on March 16 and March 23, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. each day. There is no charge. Participants should bring water or sports drink and sneakers to change into, and should wear suitable clothing to run around in. Participants will need a mouth guard, which can be purchased at any sporting goods shop or will be available at the clinic for $3. Sticks and goggles will be available for use.
