A 107: Program on Strokes, Stroke Prevention for Belknap Committee on Aging

GILFORD — Belknap County Area Committee on Aging will host Mark LeBlanc, RN from HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital on Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. He will speak about Strokes and Stroke Prevention and also we will be discussing exercising to build bone strength and flexibility – 2 things that are extremely important for all ages.
The Belknap County Area Committee on Aging meetings start at 10 a.m., the second Friday of each month. The committee meets in the Wesley Woods Community Room off Rte. 11A, behind the First United Methodist Church in Gilford. All are welcome.
