ServSafe training provides participants with the latest science-based information on safe food handling and best practices in the foodservice industry. ServSafe is a program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
The one-day ServSafe® class will be held on March 25 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Hart's Turkey Farm Restaurant. The class is being hosted by Hart's Turkey Farm Restaurant and UNH Cooperative Extension. The class will be led by Ann Hamilton, a nationally ServSafe Certified Instructor and UNH Cooperative Extension field specialist in food and agriculture.
Participants passing the ServSafe exam with a grade of 75% or higher will receive ServSafe® Food Safety Certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Certification is valid for five years.
