Frank Pesci named Executive Director of NHMF

GILFORD — As planning moves forward for the 60th anniversary season, the Board of the New Hampshire Music Festival is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Pesci as the Festival's Executive Director. He has served as Interim Executive Director since October, 2011.

GILFORD — As planning moves forward for the 60th anniversary season, the Board of the New Hampshire Music Festival is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Pesci as the Festival's Executive Director. He has served as Interim Executive Director since October, 2011. 

Pesci comes to the Festival with a history of operations, community relations, and development success. He has served performing arts and education-focused organizations throughout the mid-Atlantic and New England regions for more than fifteen years, including Brookline Music School (Brookline, MA) and the Bethesda Academy of Performing Arts (Bethesda, MD).

An accomplished performer and director in the classical, liturgical, jazz, rock, and musical theatre idioms, Pesci has had a ten-year career as a professional choral musician, serves as Associate Artistic Director of Boston Opera Collaborative, and is a self-published composer of choral music, art song, chamber music, concert music, and opera.
