Unitarian Universalist Society of Laconia holds a Tuesday Night Meditation Group, 6-7:15 p.m. at 172 Pleasant Street in Laconia. This group is designed to create a community where individuals can develop their own meditation practice in a friendly, non-judgmental community. No experience necessary. Sessions consist of a combination of sitting and walking meditations and weekly discussions (no preparation required). New comers are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for a quick introduction. No Charge. Free will donations accepted.
