The Gilford Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a pick-up co-ed volleyball program for adults ages 18 and up from 7-9 p.m. in the Gilford Middle School Gymnasium. This program runs each Tuesday through the spring. There is a $2 fee per participant, per evening. No pre registration is required. Unitarian Universalist Society of Laconia conducts a Tuesday Night Meditation Group. 6-7:15 p.m. This group is designed to create a community where you can develop your own meditation practice in a friendly, non-judgmental community.  No experience necessary.  Sessions consist of a combination of sitting and walking meditations and weekly discussions (no preparation required). Those joining for the first time are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for a quick introduction.  Free will donations accepted.

Coed Junior Division basketball games held as part of the 21st Annual Francoeur/Babcock Memorial Basketball Tournament sponsored by the Gilford Parks and Recreation Department. Gilford vs. Lou Athanas begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Gilmanton vs. Sanbornton game held at 6:45 p.m. at Gilford Middle School. Open to the public.
