Walk Fit at the Meredith Community Center beginning at 8 a.m. Inter Lakes Collaborative for Active Seniors a great group for exercise and good fellowship. Walk in the gym on inclement weather.
The Gilford Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a pick-up co-ed volleyball program for adults ages 18 and up from 7-9 p.m. in the Gilford Middle School Gymnasium. This program runs each Tuesday through the spring. There is a $2 fee per participant, per evening. No pre registration is required.
