Combined Good Friday Service of the Sanbornton Congregational Church and the Laconia Congregational Church in Laconia begins at 7 p.m. at the Laconia Congregational Church in Veterans Square Laconia. Genealogy lock-in at the Meredith Public Library. 5-8 p.m. Participants should show up just before the library closes at 5 p.m. and should bring $5 if they want pizza.

Stiletto Brass Quintet performs at Plymouth State University's Silver Center for the Arts. 8 p.m. Tickets are available at the box office for $30 for adults, $28 for seniors and $15 for youth.

Meat Bingo at Laconia VFW Post 1670. 6:30 p.m. Proceeds will benefit post Commander Glen Groleau, who has been diagnosed with cancer.

Sant Bani School students perform comedy The Bug. 7 p.m. Admission is $4, $2 for students and senior citizens.

Artist reception for "Memento Mori" exhibit at Belknap Mill. 6 to 8 p.m.

Bruce Marshall and the Nor'easters performing at Pitman's Freight Room in Laconia. 8 p.m. Admission is $12. Pitman's is a BYOB venue.
