Belknap Economic Development Council annual meeting held at the Lakes Region Community College. 4:15 p.m. registration and cocktail reception followed by the business meeting at 5 p.m. Keynote speaker includes Dr. Ross Gittell, Chancellor of the Community College System of New Hampshire.

Franklin Footlight Theater presents the ageless and generically funny comedy "Arsenic and Old Lace" 7:30 p.m. at the Franklin Opera House.
