Coed Junior Division basketball games held as part of the 21st Annual Francoeur/Babcock Memorial Basketball Tournament sponsored by the Gilford Parks and Recreation Department. Gilford vs. Lou Athanas begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Gilmanton vs. Sanbornton game held at 6:45 p.m. at Gilford Middle School. Open to the public. Laconia Elders Friendship Club meeting. 1:30 p.m. at the Leavitt Park Clubhouse. People 55 and older meet each Wednesday for fun, entertainment and education. Meetings provide an opportunity for older citizens to to meet for pure social enjoyment and the club helps the community with philanthropic work.
