Spaghetti dinner to help fund a trip to Alaska for Gilford Boy Scout Troop 243. 5 to 7 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Gilford-Laconia. Pasta, salad and garlic bread, all you can eat. Tickets are available at the door for $7 for adults and $3.50 for children 12 and younger.
Saturday Night Meltdown at Laconia Ice Arena. 6 to 7:30 p.m. Public skating, live D.J., laser show, game and prizes. All ages, $10 per person.
Beginner's Sewing Class at the Meredith Public Library. 10 a.m. to noon. Sign up is required. Pick up a supply list at the library or call (524-4303) to have one emailed to you.
