PLYMOUTH — Steven Scott Dearborn, 66, the self-proclaimed “Mayor of Fairgrounds Road,” lived in his cabin on his own five-acre lot in Plymouth for more than 30 years. He died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017, after a brief illness at Concord Hospital, surrounded by the love and care of his seven siblings and mother.
