BURLINGTON, Vermont — Thomas T. Willgoose, 69, died unexpectedly at home on Dec. 4, 2017.

He had recently moved to Colchester, Vermont, to be closer to family. Tom graduated from Dover Sherborn High School in Dover, Massachusetts, and attended college at Aroostook State and Boston University.
