Six Lakers named to Division III All-State football teams (154 words)

CONCORD — Four members of NHIAA Division III runners-up football team representing Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough have been selected to All-State Team by the state's football coaches. A couple of more Lakers were recognized with second team All-State status.

The first team Division II All-State offense includes senior tight-end Zach Swanson, junior running-back Andrew Brothers, senior wide-receiever Collin Sheehan and sophomore offensive-lineman Ryan Caswell. Junior wide-receiver Jayden Lara was named to the second team offense and senior linebacker Thomas Robinson was picked for second team defense. 

Three Winnisquam Regional players were also named to the first team offense: Senior wide-receiver Isaiah Singleton, senior offensive-lineman Cody Griffin and junior offensive-lineman Todd Robinson. Another group of five Bears received second team recognition: senior quarterback Hunter Tierney, senior wide-receiver Brendan Vaughn, senior defensive-lineman Tyler Moran, junior linebacker Bryce Corey and senior defensive-back Garrett Patten.

Two Newfound Regional defenders received second team honors: sophomore running-back Tieller Mitchell and senior running-back Ben Morrill.
