LACONIA — A Children’s Authors Tea will be held Thursday, April 12 from 5-7 p.m. at the Belknap Mill, 25 Beacon St. East, The Mill Plaza, Laconia
This free event is organized to promote the importance of early literacy and is part of the "Strengthening Families and Communities Month" being celebrated by the Family Resource Center which is located in downtown Laconia and is part of Lakes Region Community Services Council.
Special guests will be New Hampshire authors Kathy Brodsky, Deborah Bruss, Tabatha Jean D’Agata, Rosanna Eubank Dude, Terry Farish and Denise Ortakales
The event will feature book signings and sales by authors, story telling, raffle drawings, light snacks, and tea.
Every child will receive a free book at the event.
