MEREDITH — On Monday, Nov. 6, seventh-grade students at Inter-Lakes Middle Tier were treated to a fabulous pasta buffet freshly made by Chef Patrick Hall from Lakes Region Community College. He whipped up delicious pans full of chicken alfredo, pasta creme-rosa, and spaghetti alla putanesca. Heather Clogston, Family and Consumer Science teacher at Inter-Lakes, wanted to give her students an opportunity to see a professional chef in action and to ask questions about this exciting career.
