Eliana, Ellie, as her friends like to call her, was born with a unilateral complete cleft lip and palate. Through Children's Hospital Boston and her amazing plastic surgeon, the team became aware of The Foundation for Faces of Children. Their goal this year is to raise $3,000.
The Foundation for Faces of Children is dedicated to improving the lives of children with craniofacial differences, including cleft lip, cleft palate, and other head and facial conditions. Their mission is to provide patients and families with the most accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information about facial differences, and to advocate for the best care possible for children with facial differences.
